1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines how our agency ensures fairness and transparency in business dealings between artists and venues. By working with us, both parties agree to these terms to maintain ethical business practices and protect our agency’s interests.
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection
• All information regarding bookings, fees, and contracts facilitated by Gower Entertainment agency is strictly confidential.
• Neither artists nor venues may share contact details, fees, or any business arrangements without prior written consent from the agency.
• Any attempt to bypass the agency by directly negotiating bookings without our involvement is strictly prohibited.
• All communication regarding bookings, fees, and arrangements must be directed to Gower Entertainment Agency, not the artist.
3. Booking Integrity & Non-Circumvention
• Venues and artists agree not to engage in direct negotiations or future bookings without the agency’s involvement for a minimum period of 12 months after an initial booking arranged by the agency.
• Any future bookings made without the agency’s consent will result in penalties, including potential legal action.
4. Payment & Commission Protection
• The agency is entitled to a commission for all bookings it facilitates.
• Payments must be processed as per the agency’s terms, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Venues must not attempt to pay artists directly without agency involvement.
5. Breach of Agreement
• Any attempt to cut the agency out of future deals will result in a review of the partnership and possible termination of services.
• The agency reserves the right to take legal action to recover lost revenue.
6. Amendments & Updates
